You get a clear scope of work, the order it will happen in and an honest timeline. For large projects, we explain monthly billing.
The Work Begins
Your car gets its place in the shop, and we keep you updated as it progresses. [Confirm update method and frequency.]
A word about time: good restoration work cannot be rushed, and parts for older cars do not always ship when we would like. We give you a realistic timeline at the start and let you know right away if anything changes. We would rather set honest expectations than make promises the calendar will not keep.
